September 23rd, 2014 Meeting Minutes

MRE HOA Meeting 9/23/14

Members Present: Brian, Ian, Sean Michael, Rick, Pete, Alberta and Shannon

1. we discussed the Playground that is being built 10/11/14 at 8 am. We will be distributing fliers and putting out the A frame signs. Pete will be getting the cement and Shannon will be getting Starbucks to donate coffee for the morning.

2. Annual Meeting: Rick will be contacting a local church about reserving a room and Shannon will contact the city of Renton to see about rooms avail as the library is still under construction.

3. Garbage at house on 158th is picked up now. They have had problems in the past with garbage in their front yard.

4. Fence approved for a house on 1400 SE 159th St

5. ACC is also approving items through the website
