The Maple Ridge Estates Homeowner Association (MREHOA) is composed of 156 homes as filed with King County Records and Elections with a recording number of ???  The MREHOA has elected to combine efforts with Viewpoint at Maple Ridge in support of this website although they are not part of the MREHOA.  Support of this website by the MREHOA should at no time be construed that the MREHOA is responsible for the operations pertaining to homeowners within View Point at Maple Ridge as it is a separate, legal entity from Maple Ridge Estates.
