My husband, Sanders Pratt, and I have resided in Maple Ridge Estates since 1995.  Most of you know me already as I'm always out walking the neighborhood between Zoom calls!  We've raised two children here and now consider ourselves semi-empty nesters since our youngest is still at college and comes home during the holidays.  Maple Ridge Estates has provided us with a wonderful neighborhood community in which to raise our children.  And now that they are grown, it is a pleasure to see all of the new families that have moved in over the years to maintain a healthy community.

Vice President

Jenn Shattuck

My husband and I used to drive by this estate and think how beautiful and peaceful it is.  When the opportunity presented itself, we made the move and officially became a Maple Ridge Estates homeowner in 2017.  I joined the HOA to ensure I am actively part of keeping and making this development safe, beautiful, and enjoyable to live in.

My wife Grace and I moved to Maple Ridge Estates in 2009. We both grew up in the area and are grateful to be living here. This is a beautiful neighborhood with good people who care. I want to help keep this a community where people are proud to live.

My husband, son, and I moved to View Pointe (VP) in 2020.  Although not technically part of Maple Ridge Estates (MRE), the houses from both developments make up one community sharing streets, sidewalks, and landscape.  What affects one development affects the other just as much.  With that realization, I became acquainted with the MRE HOA and asked to help lead the Neighborhood Watch division.  Safety is a group effort and I feel so lucky to be in partnership with such a talented group of neighbors ...they are all outstanding and we have accomplished so much together!
