Thank You to 2019 Board Members!!!

  3. Attendance – bob, janet, gigi, pete, toni, michael

  4. Treasurer’s Report

  5. canber maintenance – higher that usual, cleaned up house on 159th pl

  6. House is under dispute w owners, not paying attention

  7. Regular canber maintenance remains the same

  8. Water power ~ same cost.

  9. Sprinkler system needs replacement – entire neighbourhood

  10. 158th st especially a problem

  11. $20k ish… need more estimates

  12. Electrical needs replacement on monument

  13. Property management company

  14. Dues to increase annually

  15. ~$10/house/month

  19. Lower monument lights being troubleshooted for repair estimate

  20. Dead tree behind lower monument approved for removal

  21. Upper monument lights require R&R, repair estimate pending

  22. 3 dead trees behind upper monument approved for removal

  23. Neighborhood park

  24. Audit/Inspection of playground complete, recommended cleaning and tree trimming nearby

  25. – rating was “excellent” condition

  26. Gravel trail scheduled for refill, approved by board

  27. Edging will be replaced also along with gravel

  28. Dead trees will be removed, overhanging will be cut back

  29. Neighbourhood cleanup, bins full

  30. Pressure wash monuments, playground etc. in the spring

  31. New bark in the spring

  32. ACC

  33. Airbnb houses

  34. Board has unanimously voted that Airbnb violates covenant

  35. Current covenant may have loopholes for more of this type of business to exist within our community

  36. Trailers/boats on streets and driveways

  37. Dead trees on personal properties

  38. Vacant house cleanup recurrence

  39. Many misc items were addressed this year (trash items, overgrown properties, misc violations etc.)

  40. General Comments

  41. Banners were purchased to better communicate annual events

  42. Reminder to residents regarding rules of covenant: communication method?

  43. Business

  44. New Members Needed – High recent turnover of board members

  45. HOA Management Company

  46. Board has been seeking quotes and additional information

  47. Annual dues may require adjustment to support management company
