Call to Order

Treasurer’s Report

  1. Financials Report out

  2. Some HOA invoices are starting to be paid

  3. 6 Houses have sold in 2018 YTD

  4. Tax Return

  5. Extension has been filed by Rick

  6. Pete and Rick will coordinate submitting the Tax return

  7. Audit Update

  8. Open Action for Rick. Shannon and Vaughn have volunteered to support the Audit.

Committee Reports

  2. Spring Clean-up – Fri, April 27- Sun, April 29

  3. Facebook/Website were updated

  4. Bob/Helene to place the Signage in the neighborhood to advertise the Spring Clean-Up

  5. Monument Lighting – Canber

  6. Pending response from Canber

  7. Common Area Maintenance – Spring 2018

  8. Play Area Structure

  9. Quote received of $1,800 – received from the Company who installed the structure

  10. Pending quote from Canber

  11. Structure needs maintenance, it was noted that some components are lose. HOA has the necessary tools, so will address.

  12. Dethatch/Reseed – Spring 2018

  13. Pending response from Canber to check when is the appropriate time to address

  14. Park Trail graveled to be refreshed

  15. Pending Janet to action

  16. Tree Evaluation and Maintenance (park area and common area)

  17. City of Renton, Forestry department, met with Janet to review the Trees in both the Park and down on 138th Place SE (right of way use). City of Renton has scope to maintain the area off of 138th Place SE.

  18. An inventory was done of the Trees, and noted that 7 trees are dead and need to be removed.

  19. Note: Canber keeps maintenance of the sidewalk in this area. This will continue.

  20. Pending: Homeowner to remove debris pile that is bordering on the common area, during the Spring Clean-up.

  21. Janet to contact and get quotes from Canber and other Tree companies to assess the costs for the Park.

  22. Street Maintenance

  23. Lower neighborhood streets will be repaved in 2018

  24. Upper neighborhood streets will be repaved in 2019

  25. Other Items

  26. Upper monument-shrubs are dead but there is a known problem with the irrigation

  27. Janet contacted Cedar River Water, who provides the maintenance for Fire Hydrants. It was noted that MRE is scheduled for paint refresh in Summer 2018.

  1. Open Items

  2. House off 158th – all issues have been addressed

  3. Rental Property Maintenance – will need monitoring, to be addressed again in Fall 2018. Last completed in Nov 2017.

  4. House off 138th – all issues have been addressed. (pool, trailer, and cars parked on yard).

  5. Noise Complaint-issue has been address. No further complaints noted.

  6. House off 158th –still open item, needs to be address with homeowner

  7. New Business

  8. “Chickens” are to be removed by Saturday, April 21st

  9. Cul-de-sac off 158th, spoke with 2 residences/homeowners about parking on the round-a-bout

New Business

  1. Neighborhood Picnic

  2. Helene will take point on planning and coordinating with City of Renton

  3. Board will provide hotdogs/chips/drinks

  4. Potluck style from neighbors

  5. Target: Wednesday, August 8th
