  4. 24 from 2017, 3 owing 2 years, 4 owing 3 years and 6 owing for multiple years

  5. 8 houses sold 2017 YTD, and 10 homes in 2017

  7. Board will be represented by Rick, and HOA members who volunteered are Shannon and Vaughn
